Nice game with a tense atmosphere, lots of variety with the combinations of weapons and bargains.
I'm glad you felt tense, definitely one of the emotions I like to capture in this type of game! I wanted to let the player build their own way to play and set their own difficulty. Thanks for playing!
I love the crabs! The enemies have just enough health to make them fun to fight. My high score was around 323k.
I'm curious about the laser bug, I had issues with Godot's position/transform system as well.
Dang, that's a good high score right there! The highest I got while testing was around 170k!
I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what was going on with it, but I didn't want to linger too long. I'm guessing it has something to do with the movement logic or physics engine.
Fun game! I reclaimed my soul!
I'm glad you enjoyed!
